• Laminar Air Flow Horizontal Benches are primarily used for a variety of tasks requiring the maintenance of cleanliness and purity. They are designed to provide particle-free air to meet class 100 conditions.
• It is ideal for culture analysis, bacteriological & biological applications in hospitals, plant tissue culture, labs, food, beverage and electronics industry.
• It offers a cost-effective working environment that is ideal for pharmacies, hospitals, pharmaceutical factories, sanitation and anti-epidemic stations.
FEATURES & CONSTRUCTION

• The working table is constructed from SS-304 grade stainless steel sheet.
• Epoxy paint is applied to all interior surfaces. The filter seat is meticulously formed, installed, and inspected for leaks. The front doors and side panels are composed of 8 mm toughened glass.
• Optimal level of purity and cleanliness is maintained by the highly effective HEPA filter.
• The HEPA filter’s lifespan is significantly increased by the pre-filter installed on it. All airborne particles larger than 0.3 microns are retained by drawing air through a pre-filter and passing it through extremely efficient HEPA (High Efficiency Particular Air) filters, which have efficiency ratings as high as 99.99% with cold DOP and 99.97% with hot DOP.
• The unit’s fluorescent light provides illumination for the work area.
• The motor and blower assembly are statically and dynamically balanced and has a minimum noise level.
• The operator can “SIT DOWN” in a comfortable position by virtue of the working table’s height. Supplied with transparent front door, stainless steel table top, and static pressure manometer.
• Integrated UV germicidal light, cock for gas, air or vacuum lines and HEPA and pre-filters.
• Comes fully equipped with a plug and cord to operate on a single phase 220- 234 volt AC supply.
