FEATURES
• Robust outer body of Mild Steel made of mild steel duly treated & finished with powder coating.
• Inner chamber made of stainless-steel sheets (304 Grade).
• Equipped with a long-lasting coaxial blower to force air through the back of the chamber and keep the temperature constant.
• Outer front double walled door insulated and fitted with magnetic gasket installed for air tight closure for temperature loss prevention, provided with lock and key arrangement.
• SS angles in the inner chamber allow the shelves to be positioned at convenient heights.
• A full view acrylic door enables inspection and monitoring of inner chamber specimens without disturbing the process.
• High-grade PUF insulation is placed between the inner and outer chambers to prevent heat losses.
• ISI-marked compressor/condensing coils fitted in the air circulation path are used to cool finned tube evaporators.
• The eco-friendly R-134 refrigerant used in the unit is free of CFCs.
• An indirect heating system using stainless steel air heaters provides the necessary warmness.
• Our humidity cabinet models have temperature ranges of 10°C to 80°C.
• A microprocessor-based temperature controller equipped with a PT-100 sensor and an LED display with +1°C accuracy is available.
• The steam injection system, which consists of a boiler tank positioned beneath a chamber equipped with a boiler heater, produces humidity.
• An electronic humidity controller/indicator with an accuracy of 3 to 5%RH controls the humidity range, which is 50% to 90%.
• A microprocessor-based temperature controller is installed in the control panel, at the top. To choose any desired temperature and humidity, it features an LED display for Set Value (SV) and Process Value (PV).
• Mounted on caster wheels for convenient mobility.
